Green Rock Energy is fully committed to implementing the highest standards of corporate governance. In determining what those high standards should involve, the Company has been guided by the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Best Practice Recommendations. This document articulates the eight core principles that the ASX Corporate Governance Council believes underlie good corporate governance.

Constitution

The Constitution of the Company, which was adopted by Special Resolution on 10 October 2003, is available for inspection at the Registered Office of Green Rock Energy Limited.
